IPM-IMG Marine Group
IPM IMG Marine Group was formed through the union of IPM Group (Iniciativas Portuarias de Mallorca) and IMG (Insotel Marine Group), combining over five decades of experience in the yachting and tourism industries.
This alliance has anchored the group as an international benchmark in the design, construction and management of marinas, refit yards and top-tier destinations in the Mediterranean.

With a highly qualified team, the group’s network features some of the most prestigious facilities in the industry:
Marina Ibiza, Marina Port Ibiza, Marina Port de Mallorca, Marina Port Valencia and Marina Port Mahón, along with leading refit yards such as STP Shipyard Palma, Varadero Ibiza and Varadero Valencia.
The group also benefits from the expertise of the ferry operator Trasmapi, Insotel Prestige Hotels & Resorts and a curated selection of dining destinations in exceptional locations across Ibiza.
